Handwrytten messages are badly parsed, needs fixing

When I try to send postcards via Pabbly to Handwrytten, we end up with
syntax for carriage returns in the card that's sent out, but there is no indication of exactly how we're supposed to format the message in Pabbly. When I attempted to use \n for line breaks, that showed up in the message as well (instead of line breaks)
I've also had my card charged several times because of Pabbly sending messages that are badly formatted.
I've been able to refund from Handwrytten in the form of credit but it's not ideal that I have to keep charging my card in order to test or get this right.
We have made the necessary changes. Let us know if the error persists.
