I’ve been hearing a lot about gut health and how it affects mood and focus. While checking out different options, I came across the happy juice pack and got curious. Does it actually help with energy and daily focus, or is it more of a short-term thing? I’m not really into hype, so I want to know if anyone here has tried it and noticed any real changes. How long does it take to feel anything, and is it easy to add to your routine? Honest thoughts would really help before I think about trying it.
