Kindly share the name of the workflow in which you are having such an issue, so that we can look into it and can guide you accordingly.
Furthermore, please check your webhook URL of your workflow is still intact in your triggering application or not.
If not, please do recapture the webhook response after configuring the webhook URL in the application.

Hello "new flow test" is the workflow name. The trigger is capturing the webhook responce and when I save & send test request the tag is adding in the chatrace account, here I am attaching the screenshots of my workflow.

We have checked that from Pabbly Side the tag is added successfully to the contact. Could you please share the screenshot from the Chatrace application where the tag is not added for the contact?

Could you please once try to execute any test record for any other tag and let us know if it helps? It might be possible that the tag you are using might be not available in the system.
