Help Needed: Synamate Appointment Booking Form Connect with Pabbly

While connecting synamate appointment booking form to google sheet - Im using the webhook - but the challenge is Im unable to pull the entire data with test entry which I can map with the excel columns. Booking form has a lot of questions but the test submission only pulls the name and email.
How to submit a real test entry and just that pulled in the sysnamate data so that I can map with google sheet.

It appears that the issue may be related to the trigger column configuration. Please ensure that the trigger column selected during the initial setup is the last column where data from the form is being added. This is essential for the workflow to execute correctly.
