Help with connecting to Open AI - Error Message saying cant parse Json request

I followed the directions exactly from this video:

But I am receiving the following error message: We could not parse the JSON body of your request. (HINT: This likely means you aren't using your HTTP library correctly. The OpenAI API expects a JSON payload, but what was sent was not valid JSON. If you have trouble figuring out how to fix this, please send an email to [email hidden] and include any relevant code you'd like help with.)

Please pass the decimal value in the "Sampling Value" field in the proper format. You cannot pass the number in such a manner - .35, .25

Though we have corrected the decimal value in your action step and it is working fine.
