Help with creating workflow for shopify Abandon cart with NAME DISCOUNT CODES

Hi Team,

I want to create automation for abandon cart customer, with discount code but the code should be based on CUSTOMER's name and discount percentage and should only be used once, no customer should be able to use it multiple times.
Example :-
Customer name - KANHA PARMAR
DISCOUNT - 10%
DISCOUNT CODE - KANPAR10
Also the message should be sent after3 hours of order creation.

I have added the necessary steps to format the Discount Code name and have also included a Delay step in your workflow.

You need to select the Price Rule according to your preference. Since we do not have the option to set the number of times a discount code can be used by a specific customer. You will need to make those changes in your Shopify account as we won't be able to assist you with that.
