The issue seems to be originating from Facebook itself.

For now, we have escalated this concern to our team for further review and to coordinate directly with the Facebook team regarding this behavior.

In the meantime, we recommend trying the “Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead” action, which works as a polling trigger. That should work fine for your use case.

Please try setting up the workflow using that trigger and let us know how it goes.

A few users had reported a similar issue since morning, and after checking further, it appeared to be an issue from Meta’s end.

However, our team has recently informed us that the issue has now been resolved. We recommend that you please check again and monitor whether the leads are now coming properly into your workflow and Google Sheet.

Also, we noticed that currently you are using the “New Lead Instant Legacy” trigger. We recommend switching to the “New Lead Instant” trigger instead and then testing the workflow once again.
