Hello, there’s a problem with setting an automation. If I choose trigger for Telegram Bot “Set Webhook / Watch Updates
Triggers whenever there is an update for the bot”, and action “create a contact in highlevel” how do I choose what EXACT update will trigger the action? For example, maybe I want to create a contact when new customer starts using the Telegram bot?
Or when customer submits a phone number?
Or when customer replies with a certain word?
Like how exactly do I choose what action in telegram bot will initiate the action “create a contact in Gohighlevel?

Hi @Kate V,

Your workflow will be triggered by every update; you cannot choose which specific update will trigger it.

You can add a Filter as step 2 of the workflow if you want the GHL action step to be executed only for certain words. Therefore, even if your workflow is triggered for every update, the action step (GHL) will execute only if the update/word passes the filter step.
