Hey @Joel K

We looked into your workflow and it seems like the action event is getting processed in a fraction of seconds due to which the "API" action event might not be getting the API key of GHLs in that time, so we should recommend you to use the "Delay" action step in your workflow before the API action step.

So that the "API" action event can get the API key and get the custom values that you are seeking. Kindly do this at your end and let us know if that works for you.
