History Of My Workflow

I have a workflow named IBVOICE MARKED PAID and in the history it shows 5 or 6 successful executions of the workflow. .however when you look at the workflow and refresh it, it only shows one response. Please advise on how I can see all the responses when I refresh, or help me understand why it's not working.

Hello @Devin Morris,

When setting up the workflow, the captured responses are displayed under the response dropdown as Response A, Response B, etc. However, to view the responses captured in the task history, you need to check the task history ID.

I understand that...the issue is, the history is telling me that 5 responses have been submitted, but on the workflow, only one response is visible???

The responses captured in your Task History will not be visible in the trigger step of your workflow setup. You need to click the 'Re-Capture Email Parser Response' button and then receive an email to capture the response in the trigger step.
