Hola, cordial saludo a toda la comunidad, necesito ayuda por favor, soy nuevo en Pabbly y cree varios flujos de trabajo para conectar Hotmart con Systeme IO pero ninguno sirve y no he tenido ayuda por parte del equipo de Pabbly. Si tienen algún material de apoyo que me sirva de o me pueden dar una orientación se los agradeceré.

El motivo por el cual decidí adquirir el plan Lifetime Ultímate de Pabbly es el siguiente: yo tengo un producto en Hotmart, lo que quiero hacer ahora es integrar Hotmart con un producto que tengo en Systeme.io, cuando una persona se suscriba a mi producto en Hotmart quiero que se integre automáticamente a mi producto en Systeme, si esa persona tiene un retraso en el pago de la suscripción quiero que que se bloquee en Systeme y si esa persona decide cancelar el plan de suscripción en Hotmart quiero que se elimine de Systeme, he escrito muchas veces al correo de soporte de Pabbly pero no me ayudan.

Nuevo Suscriptor Club Space

This workflow is set up to create a new contact in Systeme.io whenever a new purchase is completed in Hotmart. It will also add the contact to the same contact and create a membership for that contact.

We have mapped the Contact ID from above, which seems to have resolved your issue, and the tags should now be added to the newly created contact.

You can create a new contact in Hotmart to test this workflow. Make sure to use a valid email address (even for testing), as Systeme.io does not support dummy email addresses.

Could you please clarify the use case of this workflow? It appears that the trigger step in this workflow (Actualizar Suscriptor Club Space) is the same as your other workflow (Nuevo Suscriptor Club Space). Please disable this workflow (Actualizar Suscriptor Club Space) before testing the other workflow (Nuevo Suscriptor Club Space).

Cancelación de Club Space en Hotmart
This workflow is set to remove a tag (Club Space Pack) from a contact and add a tag (Cliente inactivo Club Space) to the same contact when a subscription is cancelled in Hotmart.

In the 'Remove Tag from a Contact' and 'Add Tag to a Contact' action steps, we have mapped the Contact ID from above to fix the issue you were encountering.

So, whenever a subscription is canceled in Hotmart, it will search for the same contact in Systeme.io. If the contact exists in Systeme.io, the tag (Club Space Pack) will be removed, and the tag (Cliente inactivo Club Space) will be added to the same contact.

If the contact does not already exist in your Systeme.io account, the execution will stop at step 3 (Filter step)
