I have seen this video ... But due to security limitations i would not able to use this method

Pabbly does not have Gmail trigger yet, can you add pabbly email parser email as CC to trigger app from which the emails are coming from

we can do thta .. But its very risky in terms of security to CC all official emails

Then I think you need to wait till they add Gmail trigger.
