how do add a Date or Time for every new row I add to the Google sheet from Elementro Form?

I have the Name, Email, and Phone in Elementro Form but I need to add the Date when that row comes to Google Sheets.

You can try adding a Date/Time Formatter as step 2 of your workflow. This will provide you with the 'Current Date', which you can then map to Google Sheets.
