How do i access support on the lifetime ultimate plan

I am on the ultimate plan and it says having a 1 year support plan, how do i access support than? i dont think the forum is really the best place to get help. Most are really urgent issues and this way of support is really slow.

You can email them on admin@pabbly.com or post here on forum as Public or Private thread. 95% plus answers of public forum threads are given by their team. They work 10am to 6pm Mon-Sat. So you can expect support in that time.

They are very open about that as well -

Comes out that was just misleading advertisement and 1-year support doesn't exist.

Do you know this is a misleading advertisement?

The same advertisement is being from last 1.5 years and we haven't changed anything on that.
