When you connect a phone number to Pabbly (via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API), the number operates on Meta's official Cloud API infrastructure rather than the mobile app interface. Because of this:

1. API Limitation: Meta does not expose its native mobile app AI agent through the WhatsApp Cloud API for third-party platforms like Pabbly.

2. Alternative Solution: To use AI automation on a Cloud API number connected to Pabbly, you can connect an AI agent (such as OpenAI / ChatGPT) directly inside Pabbly Chatflow.

If you specifically need to keep using the native Meta AI assistant inside the mobile app on that phone number, the number must remain active in the WhatsApp Business mobile app as well.
