How do i mention a slack user while sending a slack message from Pabbly workflow?

You can simply pass the user's name along with @ as a prefix to mention the user.

The name is Jair Garcia and email is [email hidden]
None of the options work.

In the text field, you need to pass the user's id in an angular bracket as mentioned in the screenshot. Whereas you can get the users' ID with the help of the "Slack: Search User by Email" action step.
