How do I send an SMS as soon as a lead comes in and a workflow gets triggered?

I'm using BurstSMS and it's asking me when to send the SMS.

Enter the Send Time. Must be in ISO8601 format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS utilizing UTC Timezone. (Ex. 2020-08-07 12:00:00)

I just need the SMS to send as soon as the workflow gets triggered.

Hey @digitalcoach

Send At is not a required field. As soon as the workflow will get triggered your workflow will send an SMS to the users.

Send At field is use to send any particular SMS to users at a particular time.
