how do i unsubscribe webhooks ?

I am integrating my app in pabbly, and I have created some triggers when user adds those trigger in their workflow, we save the webhook URL to send the data when the trigger occurs, but is there any way to know when user have disabled that trigger so that we can delete that webhook URL from our side as well, to prevent sending unnecessary data ?

At present, there isn't a feature available for receiving notifications regarding disabled workflows. It would be beneficial if you could incorporate this feature into our roadmap.
