ActiveCampaign: "List All Automations a Contact Is in" retrieves all the contact automation details from your account.
For your use case, you need an action to search the contact automation via email but as per ActiveCampaign API Documentation, there is no such action to retrieve contact automation via email which will be required to make the automation dynamically.
