How do we capture Intercom Notes on Pabbly?

Hi,

How do we capture Intercom Notes on Pabbly Connect? Ideally, we would want to capture notes on Intercom then add it on the deal activity/ notes on FreshSales Suite.

Is this possible?

You can utilize the triggers in Intercom "Note added to conversation" or "Note Added to Ticket" according to your requirement. You just need to follow the instructions mentioned in the help text.

Further, after setting up the trigger, you can map the data from response in FreshSales "Add note to Contact".
