How do we do ANYTHING with Pabbly if it's using Webhooks?

I'm finding it hard to use Pabbly for anything because it uses webhooks for literally everything.
Example - I can't use Twilio with Pabbly because the webhook slot is already being used by other platforms (HighLevel, Jensen.ai) to configure the phone number in the first place. If I remove that then I can't configure whisper messages, call routing etc.
How can I set up automations for Twilio if the only option is to use a webhook but I can't replace the webhook the Twilio phone number already has?

As per your concern, we would recommend you use the Data forwarder at the last step of your workflow and enter the webhook URL to which you wish to push the data.
