How do we send emails to multiple recipients from Microsoft 365?
I found a Youtube video on your channel that describes how to do this, but it appears that the integration has been changed since then.

I would also prefer to cc recipients - is that no longer possible?
Please use the 'Send Mail to Multiple Users' action event to achieve your use case. In this action event, you can also add CC recipients.
