i noticed it could take up to 15 minutes. just trying to see the average time.

i noticed it could take up to 15 minutes. just trying to see the average time.
Further, if you still face time delays from WooCommerce you can check if the webhook is taking time in Webhook.site, you can copy the webhook URL provided by Webhook.site within WooCommerce or WordPress and perform the test event there. This will confirm the problem twice.
