How Pabbly subscription billing works

I am seeing your plan Pabbly subscription billing but I don't quite understand what 0% Transaction Fees means.
I now have a Stripe plan and I pay commissions on payments, if I use your service and always connect Stripe I will not have any more commissions?
Or do I always have theirs but not yours?
