How to Block Specific Emails or Customer Last Names from Making Purchases


Is it possible to block certain emails or customer last names so that, if they attempt to make a purchase, they are not allowed to proceed?

Example use case: I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee after the purchase. A customer makes a purchase, uses my services, and then asks for a refund. I want to prevent this customer from purchasing the product again. Would that be possible in Pabbly Subscription Billing?

In Pabbly Subscription Billing, we do have the option to block customers. To do this, simply search for the customer and click on their email. Then, select the three dots option from the customer details, where you'll find the option to block the customer. For more details, please refer to the screenshot below.
