How to capture Clickup Replied to Comments?

Hi! I was able to successfully create an automation to capture comments being added on Clickup. However, what I'm trying to find out now is how to capture the replies added to that comment. I wanna capture these as well:

I have added these replies to a comment I previously added on a MS Teams Channel, and any of these replies aren't captured/ added on the MS Channel.

It appears that the workflow steps were set up correctly and are processing comments to MS Teams. However, the Filter action step seems to be configured to process only a specific task ID.
