how to connect pabbly to my mysql local

I've installed a windows 10 mysql and it is on my local pc only
all work fine until I had to connect the mysql data base and credential to the pabbly screen
I used both "local host" and the ip 127.0.0.1
none of these works for me.
What am I doing wrong?

You cannot connect with a local MySQL database. You need to have a live MySQL database.
