how to create a fix time schedule for mulitple posts

i have social media posting workflow. i am taking data from google sheets. i want to post 5 posts daily. exactly at 5pm, 7, 9, 11, 1am.
the delay function does not allow me to post them at exact time. so do i have to create 5 different workflows and run each workflow at specified time or is there anyother and better way to achieve this.

Could you please clarify whether you are trying to post the same content at different time intervals or post different content at different time intervals across various social media platforms?
