I want to create a pdf from the document file template and then we upload it in google drive . same thing i have to do it in one drive .
or i have to move a pdf file from google drive to one drive .

You can create a document from template using Google Docs and get the PDF file download link from Google Drive as shown in the screenshot:
But, in One Drive, you need to upload a PDF file separately. Google Drive PDF link will not supported in One Drive.
