¿How to create Round Robin in a smarter way?

Currently I cannot control the Round Robin of format number , if I want it to be executed round robin style but once completed with an advisor, remove said advisor from the list.

example

5 contacts sent to "advisor 1"
10 contacts to "advisor2"
4 contacts to "advisor3" all contacts must arrive alternately once "advisor 3" receives his 4 contacts he will be removed from the list.
