How to Delete Card Details of a Customer in Pabbly Subscription Billing
Deleting card details of a customer in Pabbly Subscription Billing is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure that the card details are removed securely:- Navigate to Customers Section in Pabbly Subscription Billing:
Click on the "Customers" tab in the main dashboard of Pabbly Subscription Billing. This will display a list of all your customers.
- Search and Select the Customer:
Use the search or scroll through the list to find the customer whose card details you want to delete. Click on the customer’s name or details to open their profile.
- Access Customer's Payment Method:
Inside the customer’s profile, navigate to the "Card Details" section. Here, you will see the card details currently associated with their account.
- Delete the Card Details:
To delete the card details, click on the three dots next to the card that you want to delete. Then, click on "Delete" next to the card information.
After deletion, verify that the card details have been successfully removed from the customer's profile. The payment method section should now show no card details associated with the customer.
Pabbly Subscription Billing may prompt you to confirm the deletion of the card details. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion process.
- Completion:
Once confirmed, the card details will no longer be stored in Pabbly Subscription Billing for that customer.
