How to disable email notification for a Particular Product
In Pabbly Subscription Billing, email notifications are automatically sent for customers when various activities occur, such as successful purchases, failed payments, and approaching subscription expirations etc. By default, these email notifications are sent for all products and plans. However, if you wish to halt email notifications for specific Product, you can't directly do this within Pabbly Subscription Billing. Nevertheless, you can achieve this by following the workaround outlined below.
Pabbly Subscription Billing provides a custom email notification feature that can be used to meet this requirement. To implement this, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the email notification settings. You can find this option under "Settings" > "Email Notification."
2. Within the email notification settings, mark all the current default email notifications as inactive. (This is done because by default, email notifications are sent for all products and plans. Deactivating them ensures they won't be sent for all products.)
3. Access the custom email notification option within the email notification settings. Here, you can set up email notifications specifically for the product for which you want to customize email notifications.
By following these steps, email notifications will only be sent for the product for which you've customized the email notifications. This approach allows you to achieve your desired use case effectively.
