How to easily see unanswered form submissions

Kari Myers — Question ·
It would be extremely helpful to have a filter of unanswered or unopened submissions.
Currently, in one of our forms, we can see All submissions (we have 62), and Resolved submissions (there are 50).
But we need to be able to see the 12 submissions that aren't marked as resolved.

If I click on a submission to open it, I can't tell in there if its been marked resolved either.
There must be a better way than just comparing the two lists!

What am I missing?  This has to be easier.
Could you just add another filter button or somehow make the resolved ones a different color in the All list?

Thanks,
Kari

Hello Kari,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughtful feedback. I completely understand how valuable it would be to quickly identify submissions that remain unresolved, especially when working with a larger number of entries.

At present, there isn’t a dedicated filter option to view only unresolved submissions within the All submissions list. I realize this makes it less straightforward to track the remaining items, and I truly empathize with the extra effort it requires to compare lists manually.

Your suggestion of adding a filter button or visually distinguishing resolved submissions is very helpful. While this functionality isn’t available right now, I’ve noted your request and passed it along to our product team for consideration in future updates.

We appreciate your patience and the time you took to explain your use case—it helps us understand where improvements can make a real difference.

Thank you!

Maybe having a Status column for the list would be a good solution.
