How to extract measured time from Plutio/Google Calendar and put it in Google Sheet/Notion database

Hello, Plutio beasts,
I have a "simple" request, as a freelancer I need to measure my time and the be able to see the time measured in some kind of sheet/database.
I use Plutio for time measuring.
So:
1) Is it possible to update a Google sheet with new row including project name and time measured every time I stop time measuring in Plutio? (haven't figured it out myself)
2) or whatever alternation that may make sense (e.g. Update Notion database instead of Google Sheets etc..)
Bonus question: Is it possible to update a Google sheet / Notion database (with time block name and time) every time an event in Google calendar ends?
Thanks for any possible help ?
You can use Plutio's timer events, and then add a filter in pabbly connect that if data is stopped then only go ahead. Which means time is stopped(inactive) and not paused.
