How to extract Regex but to get the remaining?

i have 51920-TG0-T01 (MB) Rubber Support. I did extract it using"\([a-zA-Z]{2,3}\)" and got "(MB)".

How can i get the remaining text i.e. "51920-TG0-T01 Rubber Support" ?
