Can we use one app to be integrated at multiple workflows, as I have created one flow No.1: in which Razorpay to Googlesheet To Convertkit To Zoom Registrant is there.

However after watching the video shared by you about Zoom reminders on WhatsApp it started with Webhook, so shall I continue Integrating WhatsApp in Workflow no. 1 (But in this workflow I do not have option for adding webhook in zoom, if possible guide me)
Or
I shall Start Zoom to WhatsApp reminder as a fresh workflow. If I start fresh workflow would it create any trouble for Wrokflow no.1 where zoom is already integrated?

Please advise

In the Zoom meeting reminder automation -2 Days -2Hours are given, in case of minutes how to use this format? can we simply type -15 Minutes OR there is another process, Please suggest?

You can try using the Router action step instead of creating multiple workflows.

Sorry Supreme, I understand using router can be useful however I am not able to analyze what logic I need to build for integrating whatsApp reminder with zoom

Can I share my workflow here, would it be visible to everyone? I could not use the router as I am unable to define the required logic. but I integrated the AI Sensy however when I am tryign to MAP the field its not pulling AI Sensy or templates

Though we highly recommend users use a professional SMTP service like SendGrid, MailGun, or Amazon SES that allows them to send emails in bulk without limits.

If you purchase an SMTP and use that instead of Gmail step. You won't be getting rate limit issues with Gmail.

Further, you can also purchase a professional GSuite account where the limits are comparatively higher for sending emails.

I am experiencing inconsistency in task trigger, I have done a test registration yesterday & got the automatic reminder at schdeule time on 25th September 7.30PM however the remaining reminder didn't came thru. Can you please check my workflow what I am missing as I could't even see any error there. Please help. There only one active workflow I have, remining are inactive.

it has started itself... What does delay by -1 day + 8 Hours, if you help me understand? is that means -32 hours or -16 hours, please clarify?

in the given work-flow, At step 11 i have give a delay of -1 day + 8 Hours becasue I wanted to send this remidner 32 hours before the event, but I doubt that it is triggering 16 hours before. That is the reason to ask.

I am collecting payment from razorpay, earlier I was collecting 99/- for my webinar & all automation was working. Now I reduced the fees of at razorpay payment page to Rs. 49/-. & automation of payment confirmation didn't triggered. however after changing the amount lead came till google sheet got registered in Zoom BUT not trigerred payment confirmation message from Whatsapp. what could be the possible reason? please guide. Do we need to add new webhook everytime we change any fees on the Payment page, howvever I have used the same page & didn't created a new page.

So, can you please try recapturing the webhook response once and if the execution still fails then please share the task history ID.
