How to get Facebook and Instagram messages on google sheet

Can I get Facebook and Instagram messages on google sheet and after that I communicate via google sheets.
Is this possible ?

I am afraid this use case is currently not possible because there is no trigger event to capture Facebook and Instagram messages. You can only capture Facebook Comments/posts or Instagram Posts.
