How to get the row id when search term matches column value in Google Sheets?

Hi,

1. I get a response from Blocksurvey.
2. Then I use Text Formater step to remove the part I don't want and keep only the second part.
3. I want to search the term in column F in my sheet.
4. I want to use the ROW ID of the matched row that contained the unique search term.
5. Then I want to make updates on this row now that I have the ROW ID.

I have problem on step 3 & 4. I don't know how to get the ROW ID of the matched term.
