How to integrate whatsapp to Google sheet

Is there any way to update the google sheet as soon as we SEND any message to any one with a perticular keyword , it can update the sheet.

1. we are sending hundreds of messages to our clients but , suppose if our message contain "i phone" keyword , then only these messages go to sheet , is that possible .

2. whenever new client contact us via whatsapp , (whose number is not saved in our contact list) , then can it add automatically on the contacts and can give any custom names

I am using https://wawplus.com/en/manual/integrate-whatsapp-with-pabbly-connect , and can use webhook.
