How to lock users from cancelling for certain period or days

Hello,
We have a situation where the user opts for recurring payment via SEPA and it takes 3 days for it to get processed, while in middle of that, user cancels the plan in pabbly, the payment still goes thru because it has already been submitted to bank.
TO combat this, the payment provider asked to lock the cancellation once its submitted to bank.

On pabbly side, what we are looking for is a mechanism to lock users from cancelling between the days its submitted to bank for approval and bank comes back with success or failure.

this is a blocking issue for us , which has caused lot of other issues, so, kindly let us know how this can be done.

Hope you're doing well.

You can do one thing, you can enable the option of cancelling the subscription for next renewal only instead of immediate cancellation. In this way, customer can only see the option to cancel their subscription for the next renewal only in the client portal.

You can see this option under Settings -> Client Portal -> Allow immediate cancellation of subscription -> Disable

Hello Ocwatson,

It depends on the customer, there is no such limit for the cancellation. Customer can cancel their subscription anytime they want.
