How to map Shopify variable products to Woocommerce

Hi there
I am setting up an integration with Woocommerce and Shopify.
In the first instance, when a product is created in Shopify I want this to be created in Woocommerce.
I am having trouble with some of the mapping of the fields, for example, a variable product has more than one SKU, price etc, but I only have the option to map 1 of each.
How are variable products mapped?
