Hi, as soon as participants register, an email from zoom goes to them that they have registered, along with the zoom link.
How do I pass this custom zoom link value to aisensy, so it gets sent as a message to my client, so i can automatically send them the zoom link on whatsapp as well

This is a built-in functionality of Zoom to send emails to meet participants as a meet scheduled.

an email from zoom goes to them that they have registered, along with the zoom link.

Alright great thank you so much, also how do i send whatsapp messages to my leads - at a particular time. For example if i want to send them a message at 2pm in the afternoon and then one at 7pm, how can i do that?

If you are fetching the lead details in the trigger step, try adding a Delay step to your workflow to pause the execution of the message-sending step until the specified time.
