Hi!

In reference to my ticket ID 66540 , I'd like to ask some clarity aboun renewing a plan if the previous one has been cancelled due to Credit Card Issues.

I have some doubts about what problems could possibily cause to upgrade again the same account.

Hi @Yann Gualtieri,

You won't encounter any issues while upgrading your plan. Just ensure that you enter the correct details of your credit card or any other payment method when purchasing a plan.
