Hi,
You can do this easily with Pabbly Connect:
1. Trigger: Set up a schedule module in Pabbly Connect to run weekly.
2. Action: Add a step to fetch new rows from your Excel (Google Sheets).
3. Action: Use an email module to send the collected rows as a digest to your email.

We currently don’t have a “Get Rows” event for Microsoft Excel, but there’s already a request for this integration. You can view and upvote it here: https://roadmap.pabbly.com/p/microsoft-excel-95a8268a-2cc4-42a5-8ba3-dfe7115db973
However, your use case is still possible using Google Sheets, which is a more reliable option.
Could you please share what details are present in your Excel or Google Sheet? Specifically, does it contain the user data of the recipients, the email content, or both? This information will help us provide the most accurate guidance.

Hi, I willtry this with google sheets, my requriement is since through wordpress weekly digest is taking time, I would like to put a row in sheet whenever a post is created and then call entire rows for previous week to send update to our customer via email/whatsapp

3. Use an Iterator module to map each row (i.e., customer email) retrieved from Google Sheets.
4. Add a delay for a week.
4. Add an appropriate email action (like Gmail or SMTP) to send emails to the mapped customer emails.

Hi, I have tried this, but query is returing only 1 row result, but I have 3 rows in sheet.

While setting up the workflow, you would only see the row data being returned by the Iterator. However, it will work fine in automation.
