How to send emails from gmail label

Hello. I am trying to set up an automation:

Once a month
Forward all emails as attachment (emails are assigned to a gmail label)
Then relabel emails to a new label

I am not sure how to do this, or if it's possible. Thank you

We looked over your concern and found that currently, it is not possible to send emails from Gmail Label.
