How to send notification msg to separate vendor/seller ( not to the group )

1. How to send notification msg to separate vendor/seller ( not to the group ) about order created, (for woocommerce with WCFM multi-vendor marketplace plugin ) whats is the workflow. ( for reference I watched this tutorial -

2.nowadays most of the customers enter mobile no. without +91 or 91, eg. 8888118888, then how to set workflow for this

Following router -

Where you have set the number of your individual vendor to send the text in each of your routers.

Another router to send the text to our vendor with the phone number condition.

Although we have created a similar workflow where you can send the messages to the vendor with their respective products and sort your concern on the number problem started with +91/91/without any 91/91.

I will have the sellers add the phone number in the second address string as well and so it works fine.
