How to send whatsapp templated messages via Botbiz?

I have integrated Botbiz with pabbly. However, it only allows templated messages to send for order confirmation of shopify customers. There is no option of selecting a templated message there.
We can only send normal messages, that too in 24 hours to respond to a customer initiated cnversation.

Please help.

Please pass the proper receiver phone number in the field and then try accordingly.

This one is only a test response.
The issues is, this message is a customised message which can be sent within 24 hours if someone writes to us.

We can't send the notification of order fulfillment. Since the templates option is not there in this app.
