Dear Team,
We are using pabbly connect to send the order confirmation to the customers and failed orders messge from the razor pay but many times user does not go to razorpay and order gets failed and on woo commerce status remains Pending payment. In that case how can we send the Failed order message to the customers.
Even with the abandant cart Plugin message is not gooing untill status turns to failed. So to use the Pabbly flow status of order needs to be failed then messgae is going on whatsapp but it is not going for pending payment status of after 2 hours of thd order as well.
Could you please assist for the same.
