How to sync between Rasa and Encharge

How do I create a workflow such that when I create a new subscriber to Encharge via ConvertBox, I get the email to be send out from Rasa.io too?

Yes, you can perform your use-case by the following steps -

1. Use the Convert Box Trigger for your New Lead Submission.

2. Add the Encharge Action to add the lead as a subscriber / Then add another step of Rasa.io.

And fill all the desired fields.

Hi , I have done all the steps but it is still not sync with Rasa. Please let me know what other steps do I need to do.

We have checked your workflow and its history. And found that the workflow is working fine.

Please check the following screenshots and you can also check them on your workflow's history log.

With given email_id it is flowing in your workflow one every action.

Moreover, please try it again and let us know if it works for you. Because as we can see it is working accordingly.
