How To: Transfer PDF from Google Drive to Dropbox folder?

Today, I made a pretty large automation,
which included creating a Trigger from Google Sheets & from that trigger editing a Google Doc...
Taking that Google Doc & converting it into a PDF (all within Google drive)...
everything seems to be working smoothly until the last step...
Now I want to take the PDF mad transfer it to my Dropbox folder.
I saw a video which showed how to move a Google Doc file into Dropbox as a .DOCX file, and I tried following that video but substituting a PDF (instead of Google Doc)... Sadly, it did not work.
Has anybody successfully transferred a PDF inside of Google Drive into a Dropbox folder?
Can you confim if the PDF URL which you're mapping in Dropbox for uploading is publically accessible. See the attached screenshot for reference -
